About Ethan Curry

Ethan Curry is a classical guitarist and guitar teacher based out of Augusta, Georgia. At the age of 12, Ethan Curry began playing guitar with Mark Young at Silversound Guitar in his hometown of Colorado Springs. Ethan enlisted into the Navy and was then stationed in Augusta at Fort Gordon. While serving his country as a sailor, he began studying classical guitar at Augusta University. It was here, under George Westafer's instruction, he expanded his classical guitar repertoire and built his current technique. Ethan is one semester away from graduating as a double major with his Bachelor of Music in Music Performance and Music Education. He has won Augusta University's concerto competition and regularly performs in the Augusta area.
