Performance Experience: Fernando has had the chance to play for world class performers and teachers such as ASU's guitar professor Jiji Kim, Martha Masters, Laura Snowden, and Thomas Viloteau in various masterclasses. Performing both solo and ensemble works.
Teaching Experience: Fernando has been a private guitar instructor since 2018. Teaching both one-on-one and group lessons.
Teaching Philosophy: Fernando's teaching philosophy is to try and get 1% better each day while making sure the only person one should compare themselves to in their musical journey is the individual they were yesterday.

Fernando started playing guitar in high school under the instruction of Dr. Jim Yancey wherehe had the opportunity to travel and perform in and out of the country. Some highlights being Las Vegas, Chicago, Ney York and even Rome, Florence, and Venice Italy.
