Performance Experience: Joseph Cowdrick is a graduate of the Toms River Regional Schools and Georgian Court University, where he holds a degree in music education and jazz trumpet performance.
Mr. Cowdrick has played all styles of music in classical ensembles, pit bands, jazz, pop, and rock groups. As an active freelance musician he can be seen regularly playing in the local Asbury Park music scene and beyond.
Teaching Experience: Public and private school music educator since 2006. Currently Mr. Cowdrick runs the instrumental music program at St. Joseph's Grade School in Toms River, New Jersey.
Teaching Philosophy: Everyone is capable of making music. It is never too late or early to start. The benefits of music education are imense. Critical thinking, developing concentration skills and teamwork are my main focus in the studio and on stage.

Joseph Cowdrick is a graduate of the Toms River Regional Schools and Georgian Court University, where he holds a degree in music education and jazz trumpet performance. He has studied with Wilbur Witteman, Peter Bond of the NY Metropolitan Orchestra, George Rabbai of the Woody Herman Orchestra, and is currently studying piano with Harold Frazee.
