      Performance Experience: I have performed in multiple flute choirs over the past 16 years. I am currently in the Chesapeake Flute Consort, and performing in local pit orchestras.
      Teaching Experience: I have taught flute lessons at Flute Fever Flute Camp for 4 years, along with having a private student. Along with this, I taught a flute quintet during college for high school students.
      Teaching Philosophy: Learning music should be fun! I believe in using creativity to teach not only helps to engage students, but also keeps their interest in learning.

      Get to know Heather Eisinger

      Hi! My name is Heather, and I am flute and piccolo teacher. I went to

      Bishop McNamara High School in Forestville, Maryland, and played in the

      Wind Ensemble for all four years. Along with this, I studied under Gail Vehslage.

      also played in the flute choir and both Orchestras in the Chesapeake Youth

      Symphony Orchestra (CYSO).

      In 2020, I graduated from Radford University with a B. A. in Music. While there,

      I studied under Peter Shanahan and performed in the Symphonic Band, Wind

      Ensemble, Flute Choir, and a Chamber Ensemble.  I am currently playing in the

      Chesapeake Flute Consort and local pit orchestras.
