Get to know Joe Crawley
I‘ve been a passionate drummer for 20+ years and have been teaching for 15. I am experienced teaching all ages and skill levels. My approach to teaching is focused on each individual student's interests, learning styles, and current skill level. I am fluent in contemporary styles-rock, pop, funk, jazz, latin, and metal. I am also very well versed in school orchestra/marching music.
My teaching approach includes a strong emphasis on technique and rudimental studies, as well as time-keeping and developing the students ear through both reading and playing along to great music. Let’s Jam!
