About Jonathan Pesce

I have been playing alto sax for 16 years, as well as tenor and baritone sax for 8 years with award winning jazz and symphonic bands. I’ve been playing bass guitar for 14 years, and have sat in numerous groups as well as being hired for studio recordings. I have been teaching alto saxophone and bass guitar for 2 years now and founded the Denver based Neo Soul/Funk band Louphonic with members from my college program. I am a senior at CU Denver majoring in Recording Arts studying bass guitar performance & electronic digital instruments (such as Ableton Push.) I have extensive experience with digital audio workstations such as Ableton Live 10 Suite & Logic Pro X. My teaching methods adapt to my students' styles, allowing them to relate, and enjoy the learning process while correcting errors in technique, form, posture, and many other factors to playing the best you can.
