Joshua Huerta
Music Teacher, Professional
Location: Arlington, TX
Speaks: English
Instructs: Trumpet
Education: Certificate in Communication, Reedley College
Performance Experience: Sanger High School Apache Marching Band: Trumpet, Sanger High School Jazz Band: Lead trumpet for Jazz band B, Sanger High School Winter Percussion: Drums and Tenors ,Fresno State Marching Band: Front Ensemble , Fresno City Jazz Band: Trumpet, Bethel Church Worship team, Trumpet and Bass guitar, Messenger College Worship team, Bass guitar, and drums
Teaching Experience: Sanger High School Cadet band, lead trumpet: Here, I was in charge of guiding new trumpet players to play their instruments for the first time. I aided them with advice, and whatever burning questions they needed answered
Teaching Philosophy: Enjoy your instrument! Have Fun! Playing music must be centered around how one enjoys the music and their instruments. Practicing is important, but if one loses sight of enjoying their instruments, then they should reconsider why they picked up the instrument in the first place. Remember to have fun, and the rest will come with time!

I am a College Student who has over a decade of experience with music. From marching band, to Jazz band, to concert. Taken part of Fresno State's Marching band, and even Fresno City's Jazz band in California. Trumpet has been most of my focus, but drums, guitar, bass, and piano has been apart my journey in music within church worship teams.
