About Josiah Johnson

My name is Josiah Johnson and I am one of the lesson instructors at Music and Arts Rock Hill. I specialize in teaching voices of all types and piano, as well as music theory for those who want to learn more about it. I have about 3 years of lesson experience, as I am in my senior year at Winthrop University, going to achieve my BA in Music Education. I have been involved with Music for as long as I can remember, singing on choirs since I was old enough to speak. Since then, I am in almost every ensemble at Winthrop, teach a children's choir at my church, lead singer of a band, qualified for national singing competitions, and performed across the globe, just to name a few accomplishments. I love working with and educating younger musicians, and want to pass on my passion of music to them. I am classically trained, as well as Musical Theatre and Commercial music, so whatever you are looking for, I will be happy to provide. I will do my best to give you a wonderful experience with whatever you wish to learn.
