      Education: Received instruction at the Kabalevsky music school in Moscow and is currently enrolled as a music-education student at Kennesaw State University.
      Performance Experience: -Monthly performances with the KSU Symphony Orchestra- -Soloed with the Kennesaw State University Symphony Orchestra- -Member of the Cooke String Quartet at KSU- -Soloed with the Brewton Parker College Band-
      Teaching Experience: I have taught cello privately, led sectionals, and have been an instructor's assistant
      Teaching Philosophy: I strive to teach students patiently, optimistically, and supportively. I teach each students at their own pace, and enjoy helping them to set and accomplish their own goals. I love the cello and love sharing it with others.

      Katherine has been playing cello for over ten years. Over the past ten years she's soloed

      with bands and orchestras, and been a part of numerous cello and mixed-

      instrument ensembles. She is currently at Kennesaw State University, where she is a part

      of the KSU Symphony Orchestra and a member of the Cooke String Quartet.
