About Katrina Turner

Katrina Murphy has been teaching singing for over 20 years in all styles of music including Classical, Musical Theatre, Broadway, Opera, Operetta, Pop and Rock. 

She teaches all ages- those who are the keen amateur to potential professionals. She loves teaching singing of all styles.

She has taught at numerous Performing Arts schools in the UK plus runs her own Glee Club and Musical Theater Workshop in California.

She has taught very young pupils at private Montessori schools, age 4 and 5, as well as private students over the age of 65.

She is still a professional working singer, originally from London UK, and was given her green card for the US as an "alien of extraordinary ability" due to her successful career as a leading lady in shows such as The Phantom of the Opera and My Fair Lady. She became an American Citizen in October 2022.
