About Keith Spradlin

Get to know Keith Spradlin
Keith Spradlin is a clarinet player currently pursuing a DMA at Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutger's University. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance from the University of Alabama studying with Dr. Osiris Molina as well as a Master's Degree in Music Performance from Southern Illinois University studying with Dr. Eric Mandat.
Keith has been playing clarinet for 16 years and has been teaching privately for around 7 years. Some of his teaching experiences include work with the community music school at the University of Alabama as well as teaching clarinet methods and lessons at SIU for the music education majors.
As a performer, Keith has performed with notable orchestras, such as the Tuscaloosa Symphony Orchestra and the Tupelo Symphony Orchestra. In Illinois, he was a part of the Outside the Box New Music Festival performing with Dr. Mandat. He is also currently a member of the Graduate Woodwind Quintet at Rutgers and performs with the Nimbus Clarinet Quartet consisting of graduate students at Rutgers.
