Get to know Ken Korn
Kenneth Korn is a recently retired music teacher. He taught Band, Orchestra and Choral music for over 35 years, mostly in the Paramus, NJ Public Schools. He has a diverse and broad knowledge of music and music education as at various times throughout his career he taught all areas of the music curriculum, teaching children from Kindergarten through High School. Ken is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, The Crane School of Music, of the State University of New York, and The John J Cali School of Music of Montclair State University. Ken plays flute and piccolo in the Paramus Orchestra, the Orange County Band, the Maybrook Wind Ensemble, and the Kemyndable Flute Trio. Ken also is an avid hiker and skier and currently works at Belleayre Mt. in the Catskills and is a member of The National Ski Patrol.
