Education: Cleveland State University - B. Ed Cleveland State University - M. Ed Studied Saxophone with John Perrine & Greg Banaszak Studied Clarinet with Louis Gangale & Ted Johnson

Performance Experience: University Circle Wind Ensemble, Nite Owls 1920’s Dixieland Band, Lakeland Community College Summer Band

Teaching Experience: Kevin Giordano is the assistant director of bands at Grand Valley HighSchool. Mr. Giordano is the instructor of saxophone & clarinet at Lakewood City Schools. In addition to the instructor of saxophone andclarinet at Olmsted Falls Middle School and Academy Music Company located in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Mr. Giordano is staff with the Cleveland Youth Wind Symphony. Kevin is a Conn-Selmer Performing Artist & Clinician as well as a D'Addario Performing Artist & Clinician.

Teaching Philosophy: Regardless of level of ability, I will guide students through a musical journey that explores the clarinet & saxophone and it's repertoire (classical, jazz and beyond) and also help them develop the necessary technical skills and tools they will need to undertake any piece.
