About Kevin Paul

R. Kevin Paul is a native of Virginia. Mr. Paul has arranged over 120 works for Brass Quartet, Brass Quintet, and Large Brass Ensemble. He founded Waterton Brass Music in 2007, a small brass music publishing company that includes works from 40 composers and arrangers from eight countries - and was its President and Editor for 10 years. Prior to that he was Executive Director of the Conductors Guild for six years. He has composed works for Brass Quintet, Large Brass Ensemble, and Concert Band, including a middle school band work March of the Chinchillas (published by Grand Mesa Music) performed at the Midwest Band & Orchestra Clinic, and featured in the book Teaching Music Through Performance in Middle School Band (published by GIA Publications). One of his commissioned brass quintet works Appalachian Hymnsong is included on the Delos recording "from the Beginning", recorded by da Capo Brass (NC).
