Grammy award winning Juilliard trained violinist and musician Krystyana “Stork” Czeiner collaborates with the top producers, filmmakers and artists of the day creating hip hop, r&b, film scores and jingles with creative musicianship.
Krystyana has contributed her writing and production on numerous platinum and gold selling records. Most recently you can hear her writing and string playing on Lil Wayne’s platinum selling album Tha Carter V. The album debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 charts and had the second largest streaming week ever with 433 million streams.
She frequently writes and records with the producer Ben Billions, creating hits for lil Wayne, Belly, The Weeknd, Rick Ross, DJ Khaled, French Montana, Puff Daddy, Kodak Black, Scarface and more.
In the past she has written, recorded or performed with artists such as Mya, Fat Joe, Ludacris, Bono and the Edge, Quincy Jones, Zucchero, Whiz Khalifa, Juicy J, Neako, Fabolous, The Weeknd, and more.
She has had a long time writing and performing relationship with the artist Kate Nauta and can be heard on many of her songs.
She was a founding member of the groundbreaking classical music group Gotham 5 and co-founder of a nonprofit organization called Pendulum Music Foundation, an organization dedicated to bringing classical music into underserved communities.
Krystyana has been playing the violin since she was 3 years old and has studied with some of the greatest teachers of the time such as Dorothy Delay, Robert Mann, Felix Galimir, Louise Behrend and more. She began studying at Juilliard at the age of 10 and finished with two degrees.
While the violin will always be her instrument, she enjoys playing and writing with other instruments such as piano, guitar, mandolin, ukulele, viola, bass, all the recorders and whatever else crosses her path.
Recently Krystyana had the opportunity to write a film score. She wrote almost 40 minutes of original music for the film Black and White Stripes: The Juventus Story. The film premiered in Italy and was the number one movie throughout Italy. She was lucky enough to work with the amazing producers and writers Marco and Mauro LaVilla. She is looking forward to working on another upcoming feature length documentary with the LaVilla brothers slated for 2020.
Krystyana has also worked extensively with the website College Humor and has written many tracks for their spoofs which have gotten millions of views.
Krystyana has worked with many brands creating original music for video and web content, recently creating a musical identity for EFM mens wear.
Krystyana frequently collaborates with her producer, violinist and Grammy winning husband James Czeiner and co-founded an indie label and recording studio together, Gramercy Records.
Krystyana has performed at many music festivals throughout the US including The Aspen Music Festival, Kneisal Hall, The Cape Cod Jazz Festival and The Sarasota Music Festival.
Krystyana was a soloist with the Hartford Symphony and featured as a young artist at the Bushnell center for performing arts.
Krystyana has performed in some of the greatest venues in the world including Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall, David Geffen Hall, Steinway Hall, Giant Stadium, Studio 54 and numerous others.
Krystyana is a current voting member of the Recording Academy and a member of ASCAP.
She also has extensive experience teaching and coaching violin and viola and has taught since the age of 12.
