About Leonardo Garcia

I am from the Dominican Republic where at an early age I discovered my passion for music. At the age of 13 I started playing guitar in church, at the same time I was part of my school's marching band playing percussion. Through the years I have learned other musical instruments such as bass guitar and drums and additionally I earned a degree studying music and specializing in classical piano. In my musical career I have explored different musical styles such as reggae, pop, rock, contemporary christian music, and latin rhythms such as salsa and merengue. I have been the director of the music ministry for the Dominican Episcopal Church as well as the music director for the reggae/fusion band Conuko Band Roots. I am currently developing my career as a music producer.
