About Lucas Eaton

Lucas Eaton is a professional musician who returned to the South Houston area following the completion of graduate school. Growing up, he attended Texas City High School. After graduating as the Valedictorian of TCHS, he went on to attend Baylor University as a student in the well renowned Baylor School of Music. While at Baylor, he pursued a Bachelor of Music degree in voice and church music, with an applied minor in piano. Following his time at Baylor, Lucas attended Southern Methodist University to attain a Master of Sacred Music. While at SMU, he completed studies in both worship arts and choral conducting.

Lucas enjoys singing, teaching, and performing, and is eager to work with students who have a desire to learn more about music. He wants his students to take music home with them and have meaningful musical experiences throughout their lives. He is passionate about his craft, and he looks forward to the working with his current and future students.

In his free time, Lucas also draws, paints, and does freelance graphic design work. He is very creative and inventive, and aspires towards being innovative with his music and art.
