Teaching Experience: I have 1-2 years of experience teaching music, so while I am still relatively new, I have been studying guitar for many years and I am thrilled to be able to impart the knowledge that I have.
Teaching Philosophy: While I do consider structure to be important for your development, ultimately, I think it is most important to keep you engaged and inspired to keep playing. I believe that my role is to challenge you to become a better guitarist while we explore what interests you.
Get to know Luke Pickrahn
I specialize in guitar. I appreciate music no matter what the genre and I love to play all types of music. While I have been playing for close to 15 years, I have been obsessed with music for as long as I can remember. This love of music has enriched my life in so many ways; first and foremost being that it made me appreciate the value of artistic expression. Once I started playing guitar, I learned that I too could express myself. Acquiring competency and skills in anything is often a journey, and overall, the most rewarding aspect of teaching guitar is that I can hopefully be a part of that journey.
