About Mare Lennon

Mare Lennon is a piano instructor here at the Music and Arts. They are currently earning their degree in Music Education from the University of Maryland School of Music. They are currently taking lessons with Professor Bradford P. Gowen and have been performing classical piano for the past 16 years. They have experience teaching in the elementary and middle school levels. In these schools, they've been responsible for planning, leading, and conducting rehearsals. 

They are also well versed in percussion and organ. Mare is passionate about teaching students music outside of what they're familiar with, but also loves to have students bring in new music they want to learn. They believe any level of student is capable of learning something that peeks their interest.
