About Matt Rosen

Matt Rosen is principal clarinet of the Canton Symphony Orchestra and 2nd clarinet with the Akron Symphony Orchestra. Having studied with some of the worlds best clarinetists, Matt brings expert level insight to all levels of musicians looking to learn and achieve their goals. His teaching philosophy is that the student “never stops learning” as there is always room for improvement. 

Matt received his bachelors degree in music performance from the Mannes College of Music in New York City and his masters of music performance from California State University, Fullerton.  His teachers include Jon Manasse, Burt Hara, and Ricardo Morales.
