About Melena Dillingham
Get to know Melena Dillingham
Melena began playing piano at the age of 8. In the 5th grade she auditioned to be the pianist for the jazz band,
and in 6th grade she began accompanying the school's choirs. She started French Horn in concert band that
same year, and continued all of her musical pursuits all through High School. She began voice lessons at 13 and
sang in a multitude of choirs, as well as participating in the school musicals, concert band, and marching band.
She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in musical theatre where she served as a tutor through the school in music
theory and she is currently working towards her Master's from The Ohio State University in Community and
Educational Leadership. She hopes to always continue learning and playing music as she cultivates the next
generation of musicians.
