About Michele Johnson

 Michele has been passionate for music throughout most of her life. She sang in talent shows and performed on stage throughout her high school years. She furthur pursued her love for music in college where she helped to form an all female acapella group and performed in several bands for college credit and for fun! She graduated in 2014 from SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelor's Science is Psychology and furthured her education  at Nassau Community, where she received  an Associates Degree in Music Performance and Theory. During her time in Nassau, she also formed another co-ed  acapella group. Her main passion is Music Therapy and hopes to work in that field! She is also an accomplished NYSSMA teacher, with her students receiving some of the highest scores!
