Teaching Philosophy: I believe that teaching to play the piano needs to include a number of important elements if a student is to flourish. It’s equally important to teach the foundations and techniques. I create an atmosphere that is friendly, supportive and encourages each student to bring their personal passion, feelings and individuality into each piece they play.
Get to know Nara
I was born in Yerevan, Armenia. At the age of seven started attending music school.,studying piano, music theory and history of music. After 8 years of music school I continued my studies in music conservatory majoring in piano as well as piano accompaniment and teaching.Ive been teaching for more than 35 years. I prepare students for their annual recitals, NYSSMA . I’m working with a variety of ages ( children and adults).
