Teaching Philosophy: Teaching music and bringing the joy of music to peoples lives is always a gratifying experience for me and I am so thankful and appreciative to have the ability and opportunity to pass that on to anyone and everyone I am able to teach.
Get to know Patrick Smith
Experienced teacher in both guitar and piano lessons for over 12 years. I have two degrees in music both bachelors degrees in music composition and audio engineering. I have played in original music bands for over 20 years and currently play in Long Island act "Crash The Calm". I play shows on a very frequent and regular basis. I love teaching my students and bringing the joy and passion of playing to all my students. I am very laid back and easy going, which I feel brings a relaxed and care free enviroment to my students to have our lessons go as stress free as possible, while also ensuring that I bring my best abilities to help my student strive and excel in success and continuously grow and evolve as a player themselves.
