Performance Experience: Paul has performed in orchestras in Washington, D. C, and Prince George County.
As a member of the Navy , he performed in venues all over the U.S. for presidents, dignitaries and private citizens.
Teaching Experience: Paul has taught in Anne Arundel County Maryland since 1998. He has taught students ranging in age from 8 to 80.

Get to know Paul Skinner
Paul is a former member(retired) of the United States Naval Academy band. One of the Military's Premiere bands.
As a member of this band, he played in the "Next Wave" Jazz Ensemble, The Concert band as well as the Clarinet Quartet, where he played for
many successful high profile performances.
Paul attended Boston University and got his bachelor degree in secondary education from Old Dominion University.
He has adjudicated All- county and All -state auditions on Sax and Clarinet rendering impartial decisions for students.
He has taught all levels of Clarinet and Saxophone since 1998 in Anne Arundel County.
