About River McNabb

Performance Experience: I perform locally and with WSMTA.

Teaching Experience: 10 years experience teaching. I am a member of the Washington State Music Teachers Association (WSMTA), which means I work closely with a group of piano teachers in the area to offer high quality programs, masterclasses, competitions, festivals, and much more for my students.

Teaching Philosophy: I believe that fostering a love for the music making process is the primary goal of my studio. In addition to the historied art of tickling the ivories, my students can expect to learn to read and write music, as well as develop techniques and practices that can prepare them for any musical venture that may spring up in their future. I look forward to meeting students of all types and seeing if I am a good fit for you!
