About Roger Prieto

Roger Prieto has been teaching and playing professionally for over 40 years. From the church to the casino, society affairs to clubs and jazz festivals. Mr. Prieto has taught and directed the jazz band at the Lawrenceville school since 1994, and at many studios and educational institutions over the past decades, with emphasis on the basics of all brass instruments with techniques passed down for generations of principle symphonic musicians. Roger Prieto has also taught theory and jazz improvisation to scores of students on "All"  instruments  with patience and understanding for all players of all ages. You are assured and encouraged that the instruction received will have you progressing and enjoying music your entire life.
