Get to know Sean Wilson
Sean Wilson was the youngest musician featured in the Palos Verdes Music Salon series. Born in Kazakhstan, Sean began his violin studies at age of five and by the time he turned eleven he has already performed on stages of Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and Kennedy Center. He was also featured on the Potter’s Violin broadcast. While living with his family overseas, Sean earned his place as a soloist with the AMIS (Association for Music in International Schools) orchestra, and premiered Duet a Duel, a violin and orchestra piece commissioned from Kirt Mosier for Sean and the Singapore American School orchestra. Studied at Colburn, Sean is aspiring to make violin his career.
