About Skye Garrett

Skye Garrett is a performer and music educator. They are currently studying at the University of Maryland, College Park in pursuit dual degrees in Jazz Piano Performance and Music Education. Skye has been playing the piano for 15 years and has been learning more and more instruments along the way. Skye has a deep passion for music education and empowering students to have a lifelong love of of music. If you choose to start lessons with Skye, you could learn how to read and interpret music, improvise, play with proper technique and posture, and so much more. Lessons are curated to fit individual students, with special care to incorporate music in styles they listen to and enjoy. Whether you want to learn classical, jazz, or contemporary styles, you will receive a well rounded music education.
