Get to know Clay Cottis
Hello! My name is Clay, and I have been playing music for the better part of 20 years. My primary instruments are drums and guitar, and I've been teaching both for well over a decade. I believe in providing a fun and validating atmosphere with clear markers for progress. I utilize linear/logical progressions, ear training, and emphasize improvisation when appropriate. I can cover any ground you need from concert/marching percussion, drumset in any style of music, and introductory guitar instruction.
