Teaching Experience: Detaching from the constantly evolving entertainment industry of Las Vegas I find intermittent breaks where I've been able to teach my students all the skills and lessons necessary to begin their long journey on learning the guitar. This year will be my first consistently applying my experience solely to teaching and the development of a solid curriculum.
Most Recently I've taught 2+ years within a church setting and 3+ years prior to that giving on and off private lessons.
Teaching Philosophy: My teaching philosophy focuses on what the student wants to learn and what areas of guitar they are most interested in mastering in order to apply to their own playing style. After years of playing live shows, concerts, venues and corporate events I've developed a discipline for practicality as so much as can be used in playing in front of a live audience. For this reason I accept any and all requests by students when it comes to learning new techniques and any areas of improvement.

Howdy Everyone!
My name is Valentin, I've been playing for 10+ years covering multiple playing opportunities ranging from live venues, concerts, festivals, regional competitions and worship. I come from a hybrid teaching background that combined classical techniques with practical applications such as memory shortcuts that allow for easier song memorization and the ability to solo over any genre.
We’ve all been there, thinking that our abilities are capped
to what we believe we are only capable of in the moment but that’s simply not
true.
During lessons we can focus on areas your most truly
interested about and then implement those strengths into practical
applications.
