About Vanessa Mendoza

Vanessa Gomez is a classically trained vocalist and has studied commercial styles. At Azusa Pacific University, she trained with top professionals in the music industry, many of whom have performed with the LA Master Chorale and the LA Opera. Vanessa performed in her university's top choir, Chamber Singers, and other ensembles, including Masterworks Chorale, Opera, University Choir, and Undone A Capella.

She has worked as a professional soprano section leader for local churches since 2018. During the Christmas season, she performs with The Holiday Carolers as an alto vocalist, and year-round, she sings with The Swing Tones as an alto vocalist, where she performs for weddings, corporate events, and many more. Some of her biggest pop accomplishments have been performing as a featured artist at 626 Night Market in Arcadia and releasing her first song, "Written On Your Face" in 2022.

Vanessa is an active vocal and piano instructor. She maintains an active vocal and piano studio, along with teaching in another studio in Walnut, CA.
