      Get to know Will Chase

      William Chase serves as the Music Department Head at Truth Tabernacle Church in Providence, RI. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Composition from Berklee College of Music and a Master's in Music Education from Liberty University. His teaching background includes private instruction at Twin City Christian School and the Thayer Community Music School.

      Beyond teaching, William has an extensive freelance career, contributing arrangements to the Urshan University Jazz Ensemble, participating as a music webinar panelist, and working on recording projects. He has performed with recording artists such as Mark Crowder, The McKains, and The Garvin Dean Project and shared the stage with Grammy-nominated musicians Oleta Adams and John P. Kee.

      William's teaching philosophy emphasizes experiential learning, encouraging students to take ownership of their growth by applying their skills in real-world settings. He believes that musical success extends beyond technical proficiency and polished performances—it’s about fostering a lifelong passion for music.

      With deep expertise in commercial music, William combines his experience as a musician, educator, and mentor to inspire the next generation of artists.
