About William Davis

William Davis has been a music educator and performer in the Philadelphia area for over 45 years. He received his Bachelors of Music from Cairn University in 1982, and a certificate in music education from Chestnut Hill College in 2002. He taught in public and private schools in Philadelphia for three decades, and has maintained a private woodwind studio since 1990. His teaching style centers a lesson plan created with strong attention to detail and tailored to each individual student, while encouraging students to stay motivated by promoting an inclusive learning environment and providing frequent performance opportunities. William joined Music & Arts in March 2023, and currently teaches at the Plymouth Meeting location on Thursdays. He is excited to share his passion for music and learning with your student!
