outstanding customer service , april 7, 2014

 

i just wanted to tell about one of your store managers , Don Parr, lacey Washington. i was in there over the weekend a purchase  my first bass guitar , i play Acoustic guitar for years. Don help me find the right bass and amp. and when i had a small problem i took it back in to him and had it fixed in no time. i just wanted to tell you about his outstanding customer service .
