We are pleased to announce the addition of a new instructor for private guitar lessons here on Sundays. Ruhan Bout has joined our staff of private music teachers here at our South Frederick Music & Arts location.
Ruhan received his A.A. from Montgomery College, and his B.M from University Of Maryland Baltimore County. He has also studied privately with Zane Forshee and John Armato or Peabody Conservatory, and Phil Mathieu of George Washington University. He has been teaching private music lessons since 2010.
Ruhan has a passion for teaching genres like the tango, flamenco and classical guitar but also loves working with students that are looking to explore rock and roll, blues and pop. Building a relationship with music and teaching his students how to tap into their own creative minds is what Ruhan strives to accomplish with his students. Along with years of teaching experience, Ruhan has also performed with guitar youth ensembles and orchestras in the Montgomery County, featured in numerous Honors recitals at the University of Maryland, and has competed nationally in various classical guitar competitions. While classical guitar is Ruhan's passion, you can also find him performing rock and roll and pop songs with original and cover bands in restaurants and venues across Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C.
Ruhan currently has times available from 12 PM to 4:30 PM on Sundays at our South Frederick location at 5010 Buckeystown Pike, Frederick, MD 21704. For more information, just give us a call at 301.694.0007.
