Good Afternoon! I hope all is well with you! I am happy to announce that the Wayne store is reopen at limited hours! We are only offering curbside service for the time being. That being said, here is how we will be proceeding with the following:
Rental Returns - By Appointment Only
Please call the store to set up your appointment for the rental return. We will be asking you to verify the serial number of the instrument as well as any other information. When it is your appointment time -
- Park in front of the store.
- Call the store at (973)-956-0630 to notify the associates you have arrived. They will ask for the make and model of the vehicle in order to find you.
- An associate will walk out with the rental return receipt. We ask that you place the instrument in either the trunk or backseat of the vehicle. This is to ensure social distancing.
- An associate will wipe down the case and confirm all the contents are secure.
Online Purchase for Pick Up
Using our fancy "Shop This Store", you are able to see what we have available and purchase items for in-store pick up. Once we see and then pick your item, we will call to let you know to come to the store. Same rules apply as with rental returns: call to let us know you are here and what car you have. An associate will then bring the item to your car and put it in the trunk or back seat of the vehicle. Your receipt will be attached to the order.
Becuase we are only offering curbside service, customers are not allowed in store. Please call the store if you are looking for a specific item. We will gladly help! To ensure the safety of our staff as well as yourself, please do not wait at the front door. Appointments will be taken care of first.
