I am pleased to announce that our store is now open for customers to walk in! To ensure the safety of yourself as well as our staff and others, we have the following guidelines:
You are required to wear a face mask when entering and while in the store. If you fail to comply, you will be asked to leave.
We are ONLY completing rental returns if you have made an appointment. Please give us a call and we will set up a time that works best for you. We will be verifying some information before you arrive. Once you arrive for your appointment time, please give us a call.
If you would like to renew your rental with us, you must call customer service at 1-888-731-5396. We are only taking rental renewals if you have received a form through mail. Please fill it out before you come into the store. We will send it on your behalf. Deadline for the renewal is July 1st.
Limited Occupancy-10 People
For safety and occupancy reasons, we will be keeping the door locked at all times. If you would like to come in, please knock. An associate will let you in.
We will be providing a demo room if you would like to test out an instrument. In the past, we were able to provide a mouthpiece and other accessories for the demo. We will not be doing this for the time being. If you would like to test out any of woodwind or brass instruments, you MUST bring your own mouthpiece (and reeds if needed). If you do not have one, you are more than welcome to purchase from our store. For string intruments, piano, guitar, etc., you MUST santize your hands BEFORE and AFTER a demo.
At this time, we will not be providng in person lessons. However, we are offering online lessons for those who are interested. You can give us a call or submit a lesson request through the website. For the month of June, we have an offer where you get $50 off your first month when you sign for hour lessons.
