Performance Experience: As a performer, Bonnie is well versed in both orchestral and chamber music. She previously served as assistant principle of the Baldwin Wallace Symphony Orchestra and has performed in chamber masterclasses for such ensembles as the Callisto Quartet, the Warp Trio, and the Cavani Quartet. A lover of musical theater, she has also performed with the pit orchestras for The Ohio Light Opera and Shenandoah Summer Music Theater.
Teaching Experience: Bonnie has experience teaching beginning-intermediate students ages 6-17. She has three years of private teaching experience and has in-classroom experience as well.
Teaching Philosophy: I firmly believe that the purpose of music is to spread joy. I teach my students the technique necessary to create art that is meaningful to them, and work to develop their self-motivation and self-discipline skills along the way.

Bonnie Vigil (she/her) is a violinist from Springfield, VA, with a degree in instrumental performance from Baldwin Wallace Conservatory. An accomplished performer, Bonnie has played with the Baldwin Wallace Symphony Orchestra, the Ohio Light Opera, and Shenandoah Summer Music Theater. As a music instructor, Bonnie has worked with students from ages 5-17 of all levels and believes the most important part of learning an instrument is having fun!
