About Josh Williams

Hey my name is Josh, I am the manager at the Music & Arts store in Ardmore PA. I am a music producer, band leader and songwriter. I have been a music producer and songwriter since I was 16. I have an extensive background in digital music production working multiple DAWs, from FL Studio to Pro Tools. I have taught digital music production for years to middle school and high school aged students both in the public schools system and in non-profit education organizations.  I am very passionate about songwriting, creation, and proliferating the originality of musicians in Philadelphia and the greater area. I am the band leader of a music collective called "Branch Station" that plays a style of music called "Jam-Hop," a burgeoning genre of music coming out of Philadelphia. I have worked and hosted many Jam-Hop events throughout the city, helping to develop local talent's understanding of songwriting and creation, as well as music publishing and sync licensing for music catalog development. I am very passionate about helping people turn their musical aspirations into realities, and I am always looking to expand the possibilities of how music can reform and reshape our world for the better.
