      Get to know Roston Kiefer

My name is Roston, and I am a Senior Sales Associate at Woodstock Music & Arts. I started playing guitar around the age of 13 and pursued playing throughout middle and high school in classical guitar ensembles. Later on I started preforming at various open mic nights with a small group and went on to play music walks in Fort Myers as well as Relay for Life events. Musicians that inspire me are Jimi Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughn, for their ability to define a genre throughout their careers. I have experience in classical guitar as well as electric guitar playing, however I mainly focus on blues and rock. I specialize in guitar knowledge and I am always happy to provide advice for beginners wanting to pursue guitar.

I am a people person. I love seeing the joy and passion people have for music and wanting to pursue it as a hobby or profession. Being able to assist someone who chooses to pick up an instrument for the first time and light the fire to learn and become the best of the best inspires me personally! My favorite instrument that I’ve ever owned is my 2006 Mexican Stratocaster handed down to me from my father. My musical super power is being able to play guitar really fast. I’m looking forward to helping you with all of your musical needs!
