Teaching Philosophy: I like to combine music fundamentals and ear training with music that interests the student. We'll focus on developing the student's ability to: play in time (with a strong sense of rhythm), get a great sound out of the instrument, play different musical styles, improvise, sight read /understand written music, learn songs and develop the students ear and knowledge so that they can learn songs on their own and achieve their musical goals.
