About Vanessa Montalvo

Hi everyone! My name is Vanessa and I am a Senior Sales Associate at Music and arts at the Interstate Shopping Center in Ramsey, NJ. I am a woodwind player who pretty much plays every woodwind instrument, but still a beginner at playing bassoon!

I have been a part of music since the second grade and started to learn Flute in the fourth grade and hasn't stopped since, including knowing how to play Clarinet(+family), Saxophone(+family), and Oboe(+English Horn). I graduated at Lebanon Valley College with a degree in Flute Performance with a Minor in Musical Theater. The types of music for flute music that I know is classical, latin, jazz, folklore, etc. 

In my spare time, I love to listen and compose music for video game soundtrack and also dig around music arranging, as well as drawing and painting. I hope to bring joy to everyone who wants to learn music and keep bringing joy to those who will continue to appreciate music just as much as I do.
