About Zared Hardin

Zared started playing music in 6th grade, after a challenge from his music teacher to the class; to play a simple percussion sheet music. Afterwards, Zared was given 2nd chair in concert snare line and moved between bass during performances. After a couple years of concert snare/bass and playing drumset at home; Guitar Hero found its way to Zared on his 14th birthday. After a few hours of gameplay, he decided that a game wasn't enough and received his 1st guitar that Christmas. Self-taught from a poster and tablature; Zared moved to bass and rounded out skills in harsh vocals. Zared toured semi-professionally in Filth, InVoker, & Impale the Betrayer from 2016-2020 and has also put our numerous solo songs and is currently in the hardcore outfit Laid Out.

Proficient in blues, rock and alternative tunings; Zared finds joy in helping others find what instrument suits them best, and is excited to take a journey into learning more about band & orchestra instruments.
