Hello! My name is Aaron Layton. I have grown up in Concord and have spent my career teaching music in the Charlotte area. I am currently teaching at the elementary level, where I love introducing students to the joy of music. My main instrument is the saxophone, but I enjoy exploring and teaching many different areas of music. Outside of school, I enjoy reading and cooking. I’m excited to share my passion for music with your students and help them grow through fun and engaging experiences!

Aaron studied at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and received his Bachelor's of Music Education K-12. Aaron has a deep passion for educating children with diverse needs and strives to share his love of music to our community.

Aaron teaches Saxophone primarily, but is proficient in teaching beginner flute and clarinet as well. Additionally, Aaron teaches beginner piano, ukulele, and guitar.
