Education: Currently a College student working on Bachelors in Music, 9 years of formal musical training prior.
Performance Experience: 9 years performing as a soloist and various ensembles and bands including : Jazz Big Bands/Combos, Traditional Choir, Jazz Choir, Orchestra, Classical Guitar Ensembles, Progressive Metal and Rock bands,Mariachi Ensembles, Solo Flamenco and Jazz Projects .
Teaching Experience: 4 years of Teaching Guitar and Music Lessons as well as volunteering at local music schools since 2017
Teaching Philosophy: Music education should be guided by the purpose of crafting independent musicians, capable of performing, evaluating, and creating music. In my music classrooms, I aim to help students achieve both an aesthetic and academic understanding of music, as well as practical music skills
