Get to know Alana Proctor
Alana Proctor is a clarinetist of over 10 years, receiving her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music, with a minor in Arts Management from George Mason University. During her studies, Alana has participated in the Mason Wind Symphony, Symphonic Band, and Chamber Ensembles. She has had the opportunity to play alongside world-class U.S. Army Band “Pershing’s Own”, masterclasses with The Academy of St. Martin in the Fields, and Principal Clarinetist of the National Symphony Orchestra, Lin Ma. In addition to teaching clarinet, Ms. Alana also teaches beginner to intermediate flute. Aside from playing the clarinet, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
