      Get to know Alex Villa

      Alex Villa is an avid performer and teacher of music. He attended the University Maryland and graduated with a Master's Degree in Music Performance in the spring of 2023. He also attended Texas A&M University-Commerce and graduated with Bachelor's Degrees in Music Education and Performance. Alex has performed with various community groups both in the North Texas and DC areas.

      When he is not performing, Alex teaches private clarinet lessons and masterclasses with multiple school districts. He also works with the Kim Noltemy Young Musicians Program in Dallas, TX which is an El Sistema inspired after school music program dedicated to reaching underrepresented communities. He strongly believes that everyone is deserving of understanding and making music. He is constantly expanding his musical expertise so that he can reach as many people with his teachings.
