Get to know Alexander Scheman
Guitar player, luthier, teacher, and student. I have lived in Murfreesboro for 3 years and attend MTSU studying music and the business behind our favorite artists and songs. I have a strong background in rock, jazz, blues, and funk and find that listening to a wide range beyond my specialties helps to improve my playing in general.
As a performer, I have played guitar for school functions, promoted my own bands in bars and music halls, and have played venues as large as the main stage at the Summerfest Music Festival. I would love to push my students to explore their instruments and encourage their musical growth.
