About Amy Levine
Get to know Amy Levine
Amy Levine has taught instrumental music for 39 years, including time at East Knox Schools, Los Angeles Unified Schools, Calvary Christian School (Pacific Palisades, CA) and for the last 24 years in the Westerville City Schools. Ms.Levine graduated from Otterbein University with her Bachelor's Degree in Music Education and a Master's Degree in Education/Curriculum and Instruction. She earned her National Board Certification in Music and has presented at the Ohio Music Educator's Association Conference on Integrating Curriculum.She performs on flute for weddings, as well as with Church of the Master Chancel Choir where she also sings and plays handbells. You may also hear her play as part of the annual Westerville Habitat "Tapestry of the Town" or at Friendship Village. Ms. Levine's teaching studio here is focused on woodwind instruction, particularly flute and clarinet but also skilled at instructing beginners on all school brass and woodwind instruments.
